Theodora Holmes met Troy Polamalu for the first time at the University of South California. It was her brother, Alex Holmes who introduced them. After their first encounter, they fell in love at the first sight. Then, started knowing each other and soon their friendship turned into love. 

Engagement To Married Life 

In 2003, Holmes and Polamalu shifted to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and began the live-in relationship. After a year, Polamalu proposed to her for being his life partner.

Similarly, the couple purchased a 3,464 square foot suburban Pittsburgh house in 2005. They paid $470,000 for the house. In 2020, the house was sold for $640,000.
