Alexa Marie Aikman is currently in her teenage years and dependent on her parent's fortune. Her father, Troy Aikman is a retired NFL quarterback with a net worth estimated at $65 million

Throughout his 12-year NFL career, Aikman earned $55 million from salaries and bonuses, along with a substantial income from endorsements. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1989 NFL Draft.

Aikman played his first preseason game in 1989 against the Denver Broncos and his first regular season game resulted in a loss to the New Orleans Saints. Despite a tough rookie year with 11 losses, he set a rookie record for passing yards in a game. 

Troy, along with teammates Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin, known as "The Triplets," led the Cowboys to three Super Bowl wins. In 1992, he achieved personal best in his stats and guided the Cowboys to a Super Bowl victory, earning the Super Bowl MVP title. The following years saw more success, with wins in Super Bowls XXVIII and XXX. 

Throughout his career, Aikman suffered from injuries, including concussions and back problems. Despite these challenges, he led the Cowboys to several victories and set team records. His final season was in 2000, marked by more injuries. 

Troy retired in 2001 after being released by the Cowboys, ending a distinguished career as their leading passer. He later revealed that persistent back issues played a significant role in his decision to retire. 

After retiring, Aikman had opportunities to join other teams but eventually chose not to continue playing. He was close to a comeback with the Miami Dolphins in 2003 but it didn't materialize. Troy's career in the 1990s was notable for its success, and he remains a prominent figure in NFL history.

Rhonda and Troy tied the knot on April 2, 2000, in Plano, Texas, having dated for about two years. After their wedding, they welcomed their first child, Jordan Ashley Aikman, in 2001, followed by Alexa Marie in 2002. 

The Aikmans enjoyed a contented life and jointly raised their daughters. However, after 11 years of marriage, they decided to part ways in January 2011, finalizing their divorce on April 12, 2011.

When they divorced, they resided in a mansion worth $27 million. In the divorce settlement, Troy compensated Rhonda for her share of the house, gave her $2 million in cash, and financed the acquisition of a new $1.5 million home in the same vicinity. 

Alexa Marie Aikman's Father is Married to Catherine Mooty 

Following his difficult split from Rhonda Worthey, Troy Aikman entered into a romantic relationship with Catherine Mooty, also known as Capa. Catherine, who runs a high-end clothing business, began dating Troy in 2016. 

The couple got engaged on June 2, 2017, after a year of dating. They happily tied the knot on September 4, 2017. Catherine quickly formed a close bond with Alexa Marie Aikman and her sister Jordan Ashley Aikman.

Catherine has two sons, Luke and Val Mooty, from her previous marriage to lawyer Jerry Mooty.
