Filed $100 Million Lawsuit Over the Producer of ‘Sharknado’ 

In December 2018, Tara filed suit against  'Skarknado' merchandise for using images with her likeness on beer cans and slot machines. Although she was featured on all of the “Sharknado” franchise, her contract with productions house didn't provide the right to use her images. 

Following the sue, she alleges that her likeness was used without her consent. She accused producers of false endorsement and seeks for $100 million as an amercement. Later on, she dropped $100 lawsuit against the producers of 'Skarknado' in April 2019.
