Podcast Host Bobbi Althoff's Husband Cory Files For Divorce – What Went Wrong?

Social media influencer Bobbi Althoff's spouse, Cory Althoff, has initiated divorce proceedings. 

According to court documents acquired by TMZ on Wednesday, Cory cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the grounds for ending his four-year marriage with the 26-year-old podcast host. 

As per the reports from the outlet, the software technician specified their separation date as July 4, 2023. 

Furthermore, Cory is seeking joint physical and legal custody for their two daughters, Isla and Luca.

As you may be aware, Bobbi gained widespread attention in recent months for her distinctive interviewing approach, often appearing to be in a sour mood. 

She has conducted interviews with notable celebrities such as Drake, Lil' Yachty, and Offset. Additionally, in 2021, she launched a TikTok account dedicated to documenting her pregnancy journey. 

Then, in 2023, Bobbi ventured into the world of podcasting with her show titled "The Really Good Podcast.'"

According to Vox, Althoff's approach is described as "unfazed, dry, and ironically bored." 

The article adds, "She inquiries about her interviewees' attire, lifestyle, and culinary preferences but appears less invested in their responses. Meeting many of them with deadpan sarcasm and silence, she leaves her guests to grapple with the discomfort of their revelations." 

In January of 2020, Bobbi tied the knot with Cory, a programmer holding the position of Senior Vice President at CompTIA. They initially connected through the dating app Bumble. 

The couple shares two daughters, born in December 2019 and June 2022. Bobbi commonly uses the pseudonyms "Richard" and "Concrete" when referring to her daughters, safeguarding their privacy. 

In the divorce petition, Cory is requesting the court to reject any request for spousal support from either party. Additionally, he mentions that the specifics of their joint assets will be addressed at a later stage. 

It's worth mentioning that while Bobbi maintains a degree of privacy about her personal life, she has opened up about her battle with depression. 

Bobbi rose to prominence following her interview with Drake, which also featured footage from one of his concerts. She took to Instagram to share a Reel capturing her seemingly displeased experience at the event. 

True to her persona, she posted images portraying her near the stage, appearing irritated and critical. Bobbi remained motionless with her arms folded while her friends energetically jumped, danced, and sang along to the music.
