Burdon's powerful voice featured in many Animals' hits, such as "The House of the Rising Sun," "We Gotta Get Out of This Place," and "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood." In 1991, Eric and Brian Auger teamed up to form the "Eric Burdon - Brian Auger Band," including members like Dave Meros, Don Kirkpatrick, and Paul Crowder. They released the live album "Access All Areas." 

After disbanding in 1994, Burdon formed "Eric Burdon's i Band" with Larry Wilkins, Dean Restum, Dave Meros, and Mark Craney.
