The American singer and actress, Martha Elenor Erwin aka Martie Maguire is the 2007 Grammy winner for the song of the year category. She is the daughter of Paul Erwin and Barbara Trask, born in York, Pennsylvania on the 12th of October 1969. Her birth sign is "Libra" as per her birth date.

The King of the Hill actress, Erwin has two siblings; an older sister Julia Erwin and a younger sister Emily Robison. Former Member of Dixie Chicks 

Dixie Chicks is the country music group formed in 1989 in Dallas, Texas. The band was founded by four women; Laura Lynch, Robin Lynn Macy and 'Court Yard Hounds' duo folk Martie Maguire and Emily Erwin Robison. The band consist of the lead vocalist and guitarist Natalie Maines joined in 1995 after Robin and Laura left in 1992-93 respectively.

Dixie Chicks has given numbers of hit albums including; Fly (1999) and Home (2002). Currently, the group has been working on the 8th studio album Gaslighter that will be released in 2020.
