Cause of Sam Kinison's Dead

The newlywed couple got into a car accident only after six days of being married. They return from their honeymoon because Mr.Kinsion could make it to his Laughlin, Nevada show. On the way to the venue, they had a head-on collision with another vehicle. 

Both husband and wife were seriously got injured the husband died of internal wounds. Unfortunately, she lost her husband. It is claimed that the driver of the other vehicle was drunk and the driver was only 17 years old. 

Raped by Bodyguard 

The actress had been assaulted by Kinison's bodyguard Unway Carter many times. After her late husband passed away Carter groped her under the pretext of hugging her. 

She confirms that Carter allegedly raped her in a room five times before she slipped away from the spot to the bathroom. The case was filed for raping Maika, but later the charge was dropped against him. 

Legal Controversy 

She has claimed that her late ex-husband Sam's brother, Bill Kinison has faked the comedian's will and taken over his company's share of the estate after 17 years of his death. Also, she sued him for defaming her in the book he published on "Sam Kinison's Life."
