Katelyn Rose Krapf, better known as Katelyn Jae Brown, is an American singer and songwriter who is well-known for his marriage to Kane Brown, a well-known musician.

She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 19, 1992.

Early Life and family

Brown was born in Philadelphia and raised there. Her parents divorced while she was a child, and she was raised by her mother, Karen Cerami Gerlach. 

After a few years, she married Jim Gerlach, a Pennsylvania Congressman.

She resides in Chester Springs and began singing at the age of three. Her teacher observed that she was performing well and was gifted in her field.

The teacher appreciated Katelyn Jae Brown's performance of "My Heart Will Go On," and convinced her parents to let her take both piano and vocal classes.

Brown attended Downington High School before enrolling at and graduating from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

She received a Bachelor of Music Management degree.

Katelyn's Career

Katelyn has been singing since she was a teenager. She was one of five participants in the International Talent and Model Association conference, and she also won the Avon Voices International Talent Search in 2010-11.

In 2014, she released her debut song, 24KT, on her official YouTube channel. The next year, she concluded her final music tour and signed with Johnny Wright's Wright Entertainment Group.
