An Emmy Award-winning journalist, Kate Merrill is known for working at the "WBZ-TV News" as the co-anchor. She has been serving in the media industry for more than two decades. 

On 12th December 1984, she was born to her parents Bob Globe and Lynne Palmer Abromeit. She has two fathers first is her biological and Dick Merril is her stepfather but is close with both of them. Her childhood was gone with her younger sister, Susie Abromeit.

Her career reach to peak when she received an "Emmy Award" for working on the 1999 tornado outbreak. As well as other two awards for her work as an investigative reporter. In 2003, Kate was hired as a reporter at "WNBC-TV" in New York, and within a year joined "WBZ-TV". Kate Merril is a happily married woman who is the wife of a former NHL Hockey player, Mike Dunham. The couple met in Binghamton, New York. They dated for three years before being life partners. On 27th May 2000, the duo exchanged the vows which have been now two decades.

Mama of Two Children 

"WBZ This Morning" host Merill is the proud mother of two daughters. On 2nd May 2003, she gave birth to her first girl, Addison Dunham. Her daughter is a swimmer and has won games. 

After four years, Kaydenn Dunham came into this world on 21st May 2007. Merril often shares pictures of her adorable daughters on Instagram.

Who Is Merril's Sister?

Kate is the sister of an actor, Susie Abromeit who is known for portraying the role in the Netflix show, "Jessica Jones". She has appeared on "Chicago Med", "Devious Maids", "One Tree Hill", "The Enemy", "And Code Black". and so on.
