Janie Beggs came into the limelight for being the ex-wife of famous American singer and songwriter, the late Glenn Frey. Apart from that, she is a family member of a successful cattle 'Beggs Company'.  

She was born on 24th April 1952 in Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America. Her parents are her father Ed Farmer Beggs and her mother Janie Famer Beggs. She is the daughter of a well-established businessman.

Beggs hasn't opened up about her professional life yet. Whereas her ex-husband, Frey was estimated to net the worth of $120 million, we can say that she received a handsome sum of money and property as her divorce settlement. 

The late musician was famous for being a band member of "Eagles" as co-lead singer. In 1970, he started working in the music industry. Besides that, Frey is also an actor who has appeared in several movies and series. 

Ex-Husband: Glenn Frey

Janie Beggs got married to the founder of the band "Eagles" Glenn Frey. The couple first met in the rock shows in the early 80s. After their first they met, they felt an instant connection which made them fall in love easily, and dated for some years. Finally, the pair exchanged vows in 1983 with a private ceremony. 

After spending five years of marriage they got separated in 1988 because of irreconcilable differences and misunderstandings which led them to file for divorce.   

No Children From Former Marriage

She had spent 5 years of married life with her former husband. But also didn't share any children from married life. After separation also they were in touch. He usually dedicates a song to her as "Plaintiff" in his concert.

Frey's Second Wife

After the divorce, Beggs chose to stay single whereas the musician moved in his life. Right after two years of their divorce Frey started dating Cindy Millican who is a choreographer by profession. 

The couple walked down the aisle in 1990 and shares three lovely kids a daughter Taylor,24, and two sons Deacon,22, and Otis,13. 

Death Behind Her Ex-husband 

Janie has to go through the tragic pain of saying goodbye to the love of her life forever. After their divorce also they were in touch but this time separated forever. 

Glenn Frey passed away on January 18th, 2016 due to suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, acute ulcerative colitis, and pneumonia. He was undergoing treatment at New York-Presbyterian, Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

Cindy Millican also filed a wrong lawsuit against Mount Sinai Hospital and Gastroenterologist Steven Itzkowitz reporting mistreatment of her late husband before he died in January 2018.

She belongs to a family whose ancestors emigrated from Britain to Texas and began cattle companies in America. Later, became the most successful cattle business in the USA named "Beggs Cattle Company". 

Her brothers, Ed Jr. and George IV were interested in the business and took the business to the next level, whereas Beggs was not very interested in her family business. She was always passionate about art and music.
