Muniz became famous for his role in the TV show "Malcolm in the Middle," which aired 151 episodes across seven seasons from 2000 to 2006. After the show ended, Frankie paused acting to chase his dream of being a professional race car driver. He raced in the Atlantic Championship, showing off his racing abilities.

In 2006, Muniz bought a $3.5 million home in Hollywood Hills. He tried to sell it for more in 2007 but couldn't find a buyer until 2014 when he sold it for less.  

By 2008, Frankie moved from LA to Scottsdale, Arizona, buying a fancy estate for $2.782 million. He sold this house in 2014 for $2.85 million. Then, in 2016, he bought another Scottsdale house for $3 million and listed it for $3.5 million but later took it off the market. According to property records, this is still where he lives today.

Apart from "Malcolm," Muniz appeared in guest roles on TV and starred in movies like "Big Fat Liar" (2002) and "Agent Cody Banks" (2003). He also worked in films like "My Dog Skip" (2000), "Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London" (2004), and "Stay Alive" (2006).  

Continuing his acting career, Frankie competed in "Dancing with the Stars" in 2017 and appeared in the "Sharknado" TV movies. He has won several awards, including Kids' Choice Awards and Young Artist Awards, and received Golden Globe nominations for "Malcolm in the Middle."
