Dixie Chicks is the music group founded by Laura Lynch,  Robin Lynn Macy, and 'Court Yard Hounds' duo Martie Maguire and Emily Erwin Robison. The band is run by country folk sisters and Natalie Maines, a lead singer, and guitarist after Laura and Robin left.

In 2019, the group confirmed their return after 13 years of break. The band will be releasing their 8th studio album Gaslighter by 2020.
