Elinor Tully Monahan's sister took it to Instagram to spread the good news. And even Katie posted an adorable picture of the couple and delivered the exciting information to her friends and family. 

The most appreciable part was that she revealed that Mark proposed Tully with the exact same ring that her late ex-husband, Jay gave it to her.
