"Geffen Records", a record label company filed a $30 million breach of contract suit in the Superior court against Don Henley. It happened when he wanted to leave the company, but Mr. Geffen state that he still owned two studio albums and a greatest hits collection. Later, he left the venture whereas Geffen made Sony and EMI agree not to sign Henley after her left. 

Aside from it, he was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in 1980. At his house, two girls of 16 and 15 years were found naked. They have highly overdosed on quaaludes and cocaine. Two of them got arrested one for prostitution and the other for the influence of drugs. Later, Henley pleaded no contest, was fined $2,500, and sentenced to two years' probation.

The founder of the "Eagles" band Don is living in a luxurious house in West Hollywood, California. For the house, he dropped $2.2 million which has covered 1,800 square feet. 

The Spanish-style property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one master room, and other facilities. According to Variety, Henley is the owner of two other mansions. He has a 3.6 acre compound in Dallas with 16,000 square feet. Likewise, his other property is a 40-acre in Malibu.
