The two were born in 2012, Izaguirre and Tilley adopted them. Again in 2018, she adopted her third child which she revealed through Twitter. 

Surgeries

WFAA anchor went for surgery to remove her ovaries. That turned into a full-blown hysterectomy. To recover it, she took more than two months' leave. 

Share Father's Important in Life

Cynthia shares her memory with her father. In her life, her father was not with family. For seven years, Izaguirre was raised by her mother. At that time, she realizes how much I needed a father and how much that impacted my life. 

By which, the anchor wants to help children who don't have either parent. As we know, she is working on the 'Wednesday's Child' report. There Izaguirre met with many children and listen to their stories and tell them 'I can understand them because my father was gone, and I realize now how painful that was'.
