Pirro's maternal grandmother, Esther Ferris, who was the mother of Judge Jeanine Pirro, passed away from pancreatic cancer at the age of 90. Esther had lived for many years in Elmira, New York.

In 2011, Pirro passed the bar exam and became licensed to practice law in New York the following year. Christi started her legal career as a law clerk for Chief Judge Gonzalez in the Southern District of New York, where she worked for a year and a half.  

Christi then joined Weil, Gotshal, and Manges as an Associate, a position she held for nearly three years. In 2014, Pirro moved to Kirkland & Ellis and was made a partner in their Restructuring Division in October 2017.  

Pirro's current position is with Ropes & Gray in New York, where she focuses on restructuring. She represents debtors, distressed borrowers, and investors, including private equity sponsors. Christi also advises on fiduciary duties and corporate governance for distressed companies.  

Throughout her career, Christi has represented renowned debtors globally and has received numerous accolades, including being named “40 Under 40” by both the American Bankruptcy Institute and Global Restructuring Review, “Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyer of the Year” by Women in Business Law, a “Rising Star” by Private Debtor Investor, and a “Top U.S.A. Christi Pirro's parents, Albert Pirro and Jeanine Pirro tied the knot in 1975. They first crossed paths at Albany Law School. During their marriage, the couple welcomed two children, Christi and her brother, Alexander Pirro

According to Daily Entertainment News, the co-host of The Today Show, Jeanine, and her then-husband Albert ended their relationship in 2007. The pair officially divorced in 2013.  

Their separation reportedly occurred following an affair that Christi's father, Albert, had with Jessica Hutchinson, a paralegal at a Florida firm. This affair, which lasted nine months, also resulted in the birth of a daughter, Jaclyn Marciano

Christi Pirro's father, Albert Pirro, has had some legal troubles. Albert, who was once associated with President Donald Trump, was a well-known real estate lawyer and lobbyist. However, his reputation suffered a major blow in 2000.

Albert was incarcerated for over a year after being convicted of tax-related offenses, including four counts of tax evasion, 28 counts of filing false tax returns, and one count of conspiracy. He was found guilty of concealing $1 million in personal expenses, which is believed to have included two Mercedes for Jeanine Pirro, his Ferrari, and costly wine. 

Albert also used this money to furnish their vacation home, as well as to install electronic gates at one or more of their residences. In 2012, he faced jail time again for an incident where he forcefully grabbed and shook a woman's wrist.

Regarding Christi's mother, Jeanine, she appears to be currently single. However, reports from April 2019 suggested that Jeanine Pirro had been involved with Texas police officer Cody Cazalas, who investigated the case of the late criminal, Robert Durst.

Christi Pirro's brother and the son of Jeanine Pirro, Alexander Pirro, also ventured into the field of law. Born on March 23, 1989, Alexander, like his sister, resides in the New York City area. He initially took a similar path as his family members by attending law school.  

According to his LinkedIn profile, Alexander studied at Fordham University School of Law between 2011 and 2012. However, it seems he did not complete his law degree, as reports suggest he shifted his focus to business.  

To pursue this new direction, he enrolled at the New York University Stern School of Business, concentrating on Finance, and graduated in 2011. Additionally, Jeanine Pirro mentioned in a 2008 interview with Westchester Magazine that Alexander had also studied at the London School of Economics through a program with NYU. 

Since November 2016, Alexander has been employed at the Macquarie Group, as indicated on his LinkedIn page. Now 33 years old, he serves as the Vice President of the company, specializing in commercial real estate lending.

Christi Pirro is married to Zak Schwarzman, a real estate businessman. The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony held on House Island, a private isle in Portland Harbor, Maine, on August 19, 2017.
