Both television personality, Charissa, and Kyle got engaged on 2nd January 2020. They were in a romantic relationship for the long term. The engagement took place at the Princeville Resort in Kauai, Hawaii. 

On Thompson's Instagram account, she has shared a romantic Island style engagement pictures. And also, Kyle Thousand shared a picture with his fiancee where he captions, 

"She said yes! Couldn't be more happy to spend the rest of my life with you baby. I Love You so much."

The pair are currently living together in New York City. Hope they will soon tie their knot and will start a new life together.

At the age of 25, a television host, Thompson was married to a man. As she has not revealed the name of the man but usually posted pictures with him. They got separated but are still in friend zones. 

On 30th April 2016, Charissa posted a picture on Facebook where she wrote a caption.

However, after a divorce both ex-couple are very close friends and upload pictures on social media sites.

 In the past, Thompson was dating Jay William, an ESPN and former Chicago Bulls player. Both were in love in 2013 but sadly, they parted their ways in 2015. Before him, she was in a relationship with Brendan Nelos. They started dating on Feb 3, 2013, after some time they couldn't handle and broke up. 

Charissa's rumor boyfriend was Erin Andrews with whom she met at ESPN while working for the network. From 2010 to 2013, she severed in the ESPN network. Andrews and Thompson can't go so far in a relationship and parted their ways. Whereas, Kyle Thousand has not opened up his past relationships.
