Blu Hunt is an American actress whose popularity increased after she portrayed the roles of Inadu/The Hollow in the supernatural vampire drama series The Originals and of August Catawnee in the drama series Another Life.

Hunt was born on July 11, 1995, in Sacramento, California, the U.S. Her grandmother was from the Pine Ridge Reservation and is a part of the Oglala Lakota Tribe.
Her great grandfather was Apache it means that Hunt is a native American and a descendent of the Lakota tribe (also known as Teton Sioux). She learned to act at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Debuted From "One Block Away"
Blu Hunt started her acting career in 2015 in the short film "One Block Away". After that did television series like Girl on Girl as the role blu and This Is It in 2016, The Originals in 2017 which was released on The CW Television Network, Stumptown as the role Nina Blackbird in 2019,and Another life wasalso released in 2019 but the series hasn't ended. We can see Another Life on Netflix.
Hunt also has done two films till now. One Block Away as the role Erica in 2015 and The New Mutants as the role Danielle Moonstar/Mirage in 2020.
Hunt identifies herself as "super queer" and she once said her best part as the leading role in the film The New Mutants was her character being of Native American descent and getting involved in a romance with another woman.
